Essential Educational Qualification:-

1. For Assistant Registrar (Gr.-“A”):- Degree in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairying or Agriculture from a recognized University or equivalent with three years experience as at Experience below OR Indian Dairy Diploma with five years experience as at Experience below

a) Experience: - Experience of Cattle breeding, preferably of Herd Registration programme with important breeds of Cattle.

b) Desirable: - Post Graduate training in Cattle breeding.

c) Duties: - Overall in-charge of the scheme, overall supervision of working field inspectors & milk recording Centers. Acting as DDO for center, day to day working of establishment etc
.
d) HQ: - Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Deptt. of Animal Husbandry, Dairying & Fisheries, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi.


2. For Assistant Director:- degree in Aeronautical Engineering of a recognized University OR A pass in associate membership examination parts II & III/ Sections A & B of the Aeronautical society of India.

a) Experience: - Five years experience in airframe, aircraft structure system/designs or engines/power plants or electrical/instruments/avionics in a reputed manufacturing/overhauling/maintenance establishment.

b) Desirable: - Experience in investigation of aircraft accidents; Pilot’s License; Navigator License; Flight Engineer’s License on modern transport aircraft.

c) Duties: - Investigate or assist in investigation of aircraft accidents, domestic and foreign registered aircraft in India and Indian registered aircraft abroad.

d) HQ: - Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Opp. Safdarganj Airport, Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi.


3. For Assistant Keeper: - Master’s Degree in Anthropology of a recognized University or equivalent. Diploma in Museology with one year practical experience in running a Museum or three year practical experience in running a Museum.

a) Desirable: - Administrative Experience, Experience of field work in tribal areas.

b) Duties: - To organize and develop the Regional Anthropological Museum. To undertake field collection and studies in tribal and other areas.

c) HQ: - Kolkata but transferred anywhere in India including Andaman & Nicobar.


4. For Translator (Burmese): - Bachelor’s degree in the Foreign Language concerned (Burmese) with English as compulsory/elective subject at degree level or equivalent from a recognized University or equivalent.

a) Duties: - Translation into English of intercepted traffic, recorded tapes and printed material, Perusal & checking of translation work of unit translators. Translation of material received from Military Intelligence Directorate and other sources.

b) HQ: - New Delhi.


5. For Translator (Dari/Persian): - Bachelor’s degree in the Foreign language (Dari/Persian) concerned with English as compulsory/elective subject at degree level or equivalent from a recognized University or equivalent OR Bachelor’s degree with English as compulsory/elective subject from a recognized University or equivalent and Diploma equivalent to interpreter ship standard in the Foreign Language concerned from a recognized university/institution or equivalent.

a) Duties: - Translation into English of intercepted traffic, recorded tapes and printed material, Perusal & checking of translation work of unit translators. Translation of materials received from Military Intelligence Directorate and other sources, preparation of training exercises for language trained personnel. Maintenance of Foreign language publications.

b) HQ: - New Delhi.


6. For Legal Officer (Gr.-II): - Master’s degree in Law with specialization in the field of International Law and/or International Relations or International Organization from a recognized University.

a) Experience: - Five years experience after obtaining minimum educational qualification in Legal Affairs, namely, Legal Practitioner, in Legal Service of the Government; teaching, conducting or guiding research in International Law or in the Law or in the Law of International Organizations.

b) Desirable: - Certificate course at least six month duration in one or two foreign languages other than English.

c) Duties: - To assist Legal and Treaties Division on Legal aspects concerning India’s International Treaties, Laws of seas, rivers etc.

d) HQ: - New Delhi All India Service Liability or abroad.


7. For Specialist Gr.-III (Cardio Thoracic & Surgery): - A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super specialty mentioned in Section –A of Schedule VI i.e. Magister Chirurgic (Cardio Vascular and Thoracic Surgery); or Magister Chirurgic (Thoracic Surgery); or Magister Chirurgic (Cardio Surgery); or Magister Chirurgic (Vascular Surgery).

a) EXPERIENCE: At least three years’ Teaching experience as Sr. Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post graduate degree.

b) DUTIES: (i) To impart theoretical and practical instructions to under-graduate/post-graduate medical students; To conduct and guide research work in the specialty; To render patient care in the specialty; Any other duties that may be assigned by the authorities from time to time.


8. For Specialists Gr.-III (Cardiology): - A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super specialty mentioned in Section-A of Schedule VI i.e. Doctorate of Medicine (Cardiology).


9. For Specialists Gr. -III (Nephrology): - A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super specialty mentioned in Section-A of Schedule VI i.e. Doctorate of Medicine (Nephrology).


10. For Specialists Gr.-III (Neuro Surgery): - A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super specialty mentioned in Section-A of Schedule VI i.e. Magister Chirurgic (Neurosurgery).


11. For Specialists Gr.-III (Neurology): - A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super specialty Mentioned in Section-A of Schedule VI i.e. Doctorate of Medicine (Neurology).


12. For Specialists Gr.-III (Radio-Diagnosis): - A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-specialty mentioned in Section-A of Schedule VI i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Radio-diagnosis); or Doctor of Medicine (Radiology); or Master of Surgery (Radiology).


13. For Assistant Director (Handicraft): - Masters degree in any subject from a recognized University or equivalent.


14. For Junior Lecturer: - Degree in Textile Chemistry or Textile Processing or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology with specialization in Textile Processing or Textile Chemistry from a recognized University or Institute or Post Diploma in Textile Chemistry or Textile Processing from a recognized University or Institute.


Age:-

  1.  For Assistant Registrar & Assistant Keepers: 30 years
  2.  For Assistant Director, Translator (Dari/Persian), Legal Officer: 40 years
  3.  For Translator (Burmese): 35 years
  4.  For Specialists: 40 years
  5.  For Assistant Director (Handicraft): 30 years
  6.  For Junior Lecturer: 30 years


Age Relaxation: Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per rules.

Important Dates:

  • Closing date for submission of online Recruitment Application through website is 23:59 HRS on 15.09.2016.
  • The last date for printing of completely submitted Online Application is upto 23:59 HRS on 16.09.2016.



Application Fee: The candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- either by depositing the money in any branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card. SC/ST/PH/Women candidates who are exempted from payment of fee.
