The government of India approved Minimum Basic Pay as 18000/-
The Government of India publish the Gazette Notification for resolution of Seventh CPC Report. Govt. accept the Seventh Central Pay Commission recommendation of minimum pay as 18000/-. As per comparison & detail study of previous Central Pay Commission Report pay scale of the following posts covering under Railway Services will enhanced minimum as below on the basis of unified factor of 2.57 (on the basis of 18000/- minimum basic pay) (amount rounded off to the next hundred) :
