Educational Qualification:

1. Must hold a Degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature or declared to be deemed as University Under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or posses an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government in consultation with the Commission.
2. Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.

Physical Eligibility:

A candidate for direct recruitment of the Service, must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any mental or physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of his duties as a member of Service and if selected must produce a certificate to that effect from a Medical Authority notified by the Government for the purpose.

The height and chest circumference of each male candidate should not be less than:

1. Height: 168 Cm
2. Not less than 81 cm without chest expansion and 86 cm at expansion (with minimum 5 cm of chest expansion).

Age Limit:

Candidates have to minimum age 20 years and maximum age 25 years as on 01/01/2022.

Application Fee:

1. General Category or other state candidates and Rajasthan state OBC and EWS candidates: Rs.350/- (Three hundred fifty) only.
2. OBC Non Creamy layer candidates of Rajasthan: Rs.250/- (Two hundred fifty) only
3. All disabled people, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes of Rajasthan and whose family annual income is less than 2.5 lakhs: Rs.150/- (One hundred fifty) Only.

How to Apply:

1. उक्त पद हेतु ऑनलाइन-पत्र भरने से पूर्व सर्वप्रथम अभ्यर्थी आयोग की वेबसाइट https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in पर उपलब्ध ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने के सम्बन्ध में दिए गए दिशा-निर्देशों (Instructions for Applicants), विस्तृत विज्ञापन एवं सम्बंधित सेवा नियम का अध्ययन आवश्यक रूप से कर लेंवे। तदुपरांत ही अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें।
2. ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के लिए अभ्यर्थियों को आयोग के ऑनलाइन पोर्टल https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in पर उपलब्ध Apply Online Link को क्लिक कर अथवा एस.एस.ओ. (SSO) पोर्टल https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in से लॉग इन कर Citizen Apps (G2C) में उपलब्ध Recruitment Portal का चयन करना होगा।
3. Recruitment Portal पर आधार आधारित One Time Registration (OTR) भी कर अभ्यर्थी परीक्षा हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकता है।
4. अभ्यर्थियों को परीक्षा हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने के पश्चात् Recruitment Portal पर उपलब्ध भुगतान सुविधा से परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान कर आवेदन पत्र क्रमांक (Application ID) जनरेट करना होगा।
5. अभ्यर्थी परीक्षा शुल्क जमा करवाने हेतु अन्य किसी पोर्टल अथवा सुविधा का उपयोग नहीं करें।
6. अभ्यर्थियों को उक्त परीक्षा शुल्क जमा करने की सुविधाओं में किसी भी प्रकार का शुल्क रिफंड नहीं किया जाएगा।
7. अभ्यर्थी परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान आवेदन की अंतिम दिनांक से पूर्व सुनिश्चित करें ताकि किसी प्रकार की भुगतान सम्बंधित Transaction का लंबित सत्यापन समय रहते हो सके।
8. आवेदक को ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के पश्चात् आवेदन-पत्र क्रमांक आवश्यक रूप से प्राप्त होगा और यदि आवेदन-पत्र क्रमांक (Application ID) अंकित या प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है, तो इसका अर्थ यह है कि उसका आवेदन-पत्र जमा नहीं हुआ है। आवेदन-पत्र के Preview को आवेदन Submit नहीं माना जाएगा।
9. आवेदक को ऑनलाइन आवेदन करते समय अगर किसी प्रकार की कोई समस्या हो तो Recruitment Portal पर दिए गए Helpline Number या Email पर संपर्क करें।
10. अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाइन आवेदन-पत्र भरने के पश्चात् आवेदन पत्र व परीक्षा शुल्क रसीद की हार्ड कॉपी का प्रिंट आवश्यक रूप से निकाल लेंगे।
